Have hired several times before, easy to book,getting confirmation email, as I work local to them ,I sorted all paperwork ( license check code and driving licence ) the week before hire, collected van at time selected and returned to them ,parking outside gate ,keys into keys are.
Following day got confirmation email vehicle returned as I received it, diesel topped back to appropriate level.
All in all ,happy to hire again when required
