I have never come across Customer After Sales Service, that equals Executive Pens Direct. We had a real challenge with our Australian Postal Services, who made the package sent from Executive Pens Direct, appear in Sydney, Australia and then vanish into fresh air...! Australia Post would not connect or talk to Royal Post UK., which complicated sorting this issue out. In the end, after four frustrating weeks of trying to get information, as to the whereabouts of the package. Executive Pens Direct decided not to wait any longer, fulfilled my order again and sent them via UPS Couriers. Within five days, the pens were delivered to my door. All through this whole process, Elizabeth and Andrew of Executive Pens Direct, kept me totally informed, on an almost daily basis. They were so professional and polite, never questioned the fact that the pens may be lost etc., and assured me that they would make good, whatever the outcome. I look forward to purchasing again from them, knowing that I am dealing with a highly ethical and trustworthy company. I can and will, recommend Executive Pens Direct, whenever I can.
