Having booked prior to the Corona Virus we had to place the booking on hold until the hen could be planned again. It was unfortunate that the new date chosen was already booked however Matt was apologetic and professional and refunded the deposit in full.
No complaints at all, I'm only sorry we didn't get to enjoy the fun.
