“When the time comes for you to withdraw your money, the customer care representatives at Essential Adventure are really not kind and talkative! They're con artists! Every day, I used to receive calls from various folks, but ever since I requested a withdrawal, nobody has responded. They no longer answer my chats, not even on their internet chat platform. I've heard a lot about C +/_O +/N*+*/_ C*+/__ E+/__ P+/__ T+/__ S+/__ T+/__ R+/_D+. +C_/+O_/+*M I then got in touch with them and sent over my report along with all the necessary information. They took up my case, and after a few days, they assisted in getting the money I had lost back. I'm really happy I received assistance.”

“I planned a stag do with Matt at Essential Adventure who had lots of ideas to create a great stag do and even though we had a couple of last minute cancellations Matt managed to pull off a great event with everyone having a blast. A big thank you to Matt and his team as nothing was too much trouble and I would highly recommend anyone trying to organise an event to give Matt a call.”

“I was planning my sister's Hen do and spoke to Matt at Essential, talked me through everything. Very helpful! We ended up doing the 'Inflatable Knockout' games and honestly, we had the BEST time! I haven't laughed that much in ages! it was just simply brilliant and my sister had a brilliant Hen do and that's the main thing! I would honestly recommend doing this even for a works do. you would have an absolutely blast! The staff at the event were great too, talked through each game and showed everyone what they had to do. I would 100% do this again! :) Highly recommend this company!”

“Planned a stag do with Matt at Essential, very thorough and easy to communicate with. Lots of ideas and great contacts to create a fantastic weekend for the Stag and group. Even with the last minute cancellation from the hotel accommodation, Matt got down to business and sorted us something very similar and very close to where we wanted to be. Great company, would highly recommend!”

“We all had a fantastic time for my Hen Do in Birmingham!! The cocktail class was excellent and compliments to Tim who ran the session. We also booked a boat trip which was great, once had got on the boat. The hotel was in a great location near to Brindley Place. We went round the bars there after the boat trip. I have never been out in Birmingham and would definitely visit again for a night out.”

“Not knowing Essential Adventure we were cautious about what they could offer. However after a few weeks of getting ideas and quotes for a stag weekend we became confident they would do a great job - and that is what they did. Communication was prompt and relevant with all the information supplied in good time.”

“The team at Essential Adventure were so thorough and took care of every detail. They were professional, responsive and made the whole process so easy by taking away the sting of managing all the moving parts. We stayed over in York with a murder mystery event and it was just a laugh from start toe end. Every detail was taken care of and we couldn’t have asked for more. I would strongly recommend using A for any group/event bookings and will definitely use for the next event we need to plan.”

“A hassle-free way to organise a group event. Essential Adventure recently helped me organise a murder mystery dinner and hotel for a hen do of 10 people in Oxford. Matt was very knowledgable when we were initially discussing hotels/locations and priced up several options. The online payment system takes the hassle out of collecting money and means that everyone has access to the itinerary. Communication was very efficient, Matt called me just before/after the event to check all was ok, and provided a contact number in case of any issues over the weekend (which we didn't need, all went very smoothly!). Hotel was lovely and the murder mystery event was brilliant, a very fun and memorable evening had by all. Highly recommend.”

“Matt and team booked our stag do to Liverpool for 14 along with activities at an outdoor activity centre. There were a number of changes and quotes provided as well as some last minute travel arranged, none of which were too much trouble. Everyone had a blast, the activities were spot on and meant we did more than just the pub!! A slight error resulted in a an issue with the hotel, but Matt was really helpful and arranged a refund without hesitation. I would definitely recommend Essential Adventure for any group event and I would use them again!!”
