“Great service, only ever do what is necessary no unexpected items on invoice. The price you are quote is the price you pay, or even lower and in my case was quoted £95 for a tyre replacement the invoice was for £81.99. The staff are knowledgeable and accommodating.”

“I took my car to do service B which was indicated on the dashboard overdue maybe 5 days when I went to collect the car they delivered it to me with service A 36600 miles overdue which had never appeared. And they told me that they couldn't do the reset and I had to go to Mercedes... So I went to do service B and they gave me with a problem that I've never seen before... I am very disappointed. I am not going there never again. To avoid...”

“Had a starting problem with our L200, fixed it with no charge, they explained it could be result of there servicing vehicle previously. This shows a degree of honesty not heard of before in the motor trade. Excellent.”

“Absolutely horrendous Took my car a couple of weeks ago because car wasn't starting properly Was advised on the phone could be battery or alternator Booked car in And was told the car is absolutely fine no issues just needs to go for a long run Today my alternator belt has snapped I rang the garage said the noise and could they pop the bonnet and take a look.....NO they had to rag it around and mess about potentially causing more damage before popping the bonnet and seeing the issue Now I need a new alternator not just a belt Convenient for them not so much for me The service has been getting worse and worse work and sloppiness lack of care No one smiles up there anymore since mark left the place has gone to the dogs .won't be returning I'll be taking the car somewhere more reputable Where they actually care And don't ignore work and wait for it to be worse just so they can change alot more”

“Elite Garage - Pulborough - 23/07/2024 MOT booked online which was quick and easy to do and on arrival the car was punctually into the garage for testing and despite failing with a relatively minor fault, a replacement part was sourced locally, fitted and the car retested all within 2 1/2 hours, pretty efficient service I’d say! Thank you Graham & team from a happy customer!”
