My wife's car had the air on serviced which I think went OK, what was annoying when I asked for a price I was quoted £60 but the bill came too £72 because the VAT was not mentioned in the quote. I know we all have to pay the VAT but it would be fair to include this in a quote and give the customer a better idea what the final bill would be . We are a little disappointed.
