Very good team; I worked with Cristine and Avinash. They dealt with my stresses and uncertainty about the process very well in developing my website. When I lost my cool they kept theirs! The creative process is strong, they worked with me as I created the opening page, and then organised the other pages afterwards. Tip: I did actually need to re-write the opening page once all my ideas for the rest of the site were clear. But this was entirely manageable as I have control over the text and editing pages. I was suspicious about handing over the final payment half-way through the process but they reassured me so I nervously paid up: I need not have worried- they were very attentive to my queries after full payment was made and I had regular emails, often several in a day. The elevate OM tech help desk also advised me when I was struggling to use my domain name to create an email address with a separate provider. It seemed very easy to them and was sorted quickly with a couple of emails between my email provider's help desk, me, and elevate. There was no extra charge for this service. Very happy with the process and service. The website looks very good indeed and I will come back to them when I want to promote it more and use the SEO tools (I'm not ready yet in my business plan for that).
