Received goods without any problems but had to return the dog bed liner as the size was too small even though I had given the dog bed measurements to the person who took my order. There are no return policy information provided with the paperwork. I paid £8.98 for my order and £6.10 to return it so £15.08 in total. I did express the order but didn't realise the extra £4.98 was on top of the standard delivery charge.
