“We purchased a new estate car, we were concerned that our two Bassets would chew the interior trim, the crate fits perfectly, there is plenty of room for our Bassets to sit, lay and move around. The crate is good value for its size.”

“Very unhelpful company. I bought an item of clothing for my dog and the dimensions of it were different to what was advertised online but they didn’t want to know. Most unhelpful and i wouldn’t shop there again.”

“Excellent company to buy from and kind as well, when I bought my equipment as a first time buyer I forgot to take advantage of the %-off offer yet they sorted it and refunded me. Not all companies will do that”

“Ordered something for my dog but the dimensions of the item I got a compared to the dimensions online were completely wrong. I contacted them to let them know but they were completely uninterested. Said I could sort out a return myself. No apology or offer of trying to help rectify the situation even though it was their mistake. With customer service like that I would advise you to avoid this company and shop elsewhere.”
