Easy to order and great customer service - if something isn't quite working right they will come straight back to you and clearly explain what you need to do. My last robot mower (Robomow) was forever getting stuck - sometimes three times on one cut - even though I paid extra for spiky wheels. My Lawn master L10 hasn't got stuck once!
