“This company is a gem of a find I have used them for several years now and have always had excellent customer service often with next day delivery. Their own brand HP XL cartridges are higher quantity ink which last longer than snaller quantity original HP with lower quantities so overall saves ££££££s. Cartridge People own brand cartridges have worked for me and I have had no problem. [ if ever there was a problem they guarantee to sort it so you can buy with confidence] overall a 5 star company highly reccommended excellent shopping experience from start to finish. I dont bother going anywhere else Cartridge People are my number 1.”

“I wanted original ink they switched it and replaced it with fake ones and issue a refund. I want what i bought! DO NOT TRUST THEM! Stupid me for not paying £5 extra and get them from amazon. Now if i want to return i need pay for postage. The WORST COMPANY EVER!”

“I’ve used this company for several years to get replacement ink for an Epsom XP printer. Easy to order, arrives quickly. Never had any issues with the ink, or with contacting customer services. Have dealt with Chris this time round who very swiftly responded to my request for an ink cartridge recycle bag to be placed into my order. Definitely recommend using them.”

“I have purchased laser printer cartridges from Cartridge People several times now. I had a quality issue with a brand new cartridge which after several checks and help from Lucy A has been replaced very efficiently and effectively. Lucy responded quickly and clearly to my initial phone call and then subsequent email correspondence. Thank you Lucy A for being so customer focused. It is a joy to be able to liaise and speak to somebody so quickly and efficiently at Cartridge People when these days one seems to have to hold for over an hour or receive an email reply within 10 working days with many other companies!”

“I've often ordered from Cartridge People in the past; on a recent occasion, I received a faulty item, but Lindsay did a brilliant job helping me troubleshoot the possible issues, before ordering me a new cartridge (very promptly) when it became clear that the previous one wasn't going to work. “Ordered 2 printer cartridges on 3 January and received confirmation from the courier dated 5 January that they had received them. However the parcel then appeared not to move so contacted the Cartridge People on 10 January. Gemma responded quickly confirming that she had chased the couriers and requested I comeback to her on Monday 13 January if cartridges not received. The parcel arrived on 12 January so all sorted. Thanks Gemma for your assistance.”
