“This company is a gem of a find I have used them for several years now and have always had excellent customer service often with next day delivery. Their own brand HP XL cartridges are higher quantity ink which last longer than snaller quantity original HP with lower quantities so overall saves ££££££s. Cartridge People own brand cartridges have worked for me and I have had no problem. [ if ever there was a problem they guarantee to sort it so you can buy with confidence] overall a 5 star company highly reccommended excellent shopping experience from start to finish. I dont bother going anywhere else Cartridge People are my number 1.”

“Excellent customer service. I called to report my order was well over due the deliver date. Louis was very professional and quick in dealing with my problem. I would only hope that Evri who was supposed to deliver my parcel would take note from Louis on how to deal with customers problems. Evris customers service is some what lacking.”

“I believe cartridge people have excellent customer care. Their prices are good and delivery is quick. I had an issue with some of my cartridges and Marianne was so helpful. She Replaced my cartridges and delivered new ones for the next day . I would definitely recommend them to anyone”

“Have bought cartridges from Cartridge People (CP) for many years and have previously always bought branded cartridges. For some reason last week, not sure why, I decided to buy CP's own brand, both black and colour. Tried the colour cartridge and it wasn't compatible with my printer. Phoned CP and spoke with Cazz who immediately arranged a refund for this one. She asked me to return the black cartridge via Evri, at CP's cost, and upon receipt she'll arrange for a refund for that one as well. Excellent service from Cazz and CP.”
