Went above and beyond Having used a local estate agents and had a very poor experience sadly. I decided to use a national company. From the start the contact I had was positive. Initially Sabrina helped get the process started. Which was seamless. Following this Robert was my estate agent. Robert was professional and friendly. I was most impressed when it came to whether to reduce the asking price. Robert to my surprise suggested to wait a little longer before doing this. When we got a buyer the process pressure free from Robert. Which I was very impressed and grateful for. As it came to the end of the process Charles from aftercare was absolutely brilliant and without him I don't think the sell would have gone through. Given the etc complexity. I am very grateful to both Robert and Charles for getting the sale through and dealing with extra issues so well. I would highly recommend using British Homebuyers.
