“We had tried to sell our concrete construction prefab Home multiple times without success. we contacted homebuyers who gave us all the options available to us. We were given a dedicated account manager Nathan, who was there for every question we had about the process he was always available on the phone and very responsive to emails. We liked the fact that we were the ones doing the viewings & showing people round our home, it ment that we could point out all the good points of the property and surrounding area. Once we had secured an offer on our home, we were then transferred to another account manager Alex who was equally as brilliant. No question was too silly, he always made time to answer any query or question we had. Alex then saw us through the whole sale process and we couldn’t have done it without him. I was very dubious to start with, but would highly recommend homebuyers to anyone looking to sell their home.”

I started out with a different estate agent, but it was not working out; and I am so infinitely glad that I changed to British Homebuyers- the difference in terms of service, professionalism, help, time and support offered by them was immense. I think if I had not made that crucial change, I would still be waiting for sale. Thank you to everyone there who gave got me through this stressful time, and brought it to completion; I am so very grateful to you.”

“After several attempts to sell our house over a number of years we approached British Homebuyers with a degree of scepticism. However, within 3 weeks they found a buyer at the asking price and the sale duly completed a while later. Throughout, the communication and attention was exemplary and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.”

“I came to British homebuyers after unsuccessfully using two named high street estate agents. The difference from day 1 with British homebuyers was a breath of fresh air. From the first conversations with both Molly’s it was clear that this was a team working wholly on my behalf. Alex was excellent and his level headed approach and his transparency in explaining the intricacies of conveyancing put me completely at ease. He always said we were his client and he was working for us. Having that collective and transparent process in our corner certainly made the whole experience less stressful. They work in a different way to the standard high street agents in that they are always there and always supportive from everyone involved in their internal chain. I cannot thank the whole team enough in selling my house and it’s hard to single out any one person as my encounters with all those at British Homebuyers was nothing short of perfection. Thanks again to the whole team and I am already recommending using British Homebuyers who anyone who asks me!”

“After a previous 'sale' that fell through using a local estate agent we decided after reading reviews to list with British Homebuyers. This turned out to be a great decision! From a quick offer after listing to excellent follow through we could not have been happier with this Company. Robert and Charles were extremely courteous and professional, quick to respond to any of our queries and helped smooth the whole process. “we tried various estate agents over the course of 12 months with no offers so tried british homebuyers,within 4 weeks we had sstc.Although the process of completion took several months Rob kept us informed and answered any questions we had quickly.we wouldn't hesitate to use them again as costs are the same as most estate agents.”

“Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish ,I'd had my Bungalow on the market for a few months with a local estate agent but it did not sell ,I tried British home sellers and my allocated sales team person Alex said that we would get a buyer within 6 weeks and true to his word British home sellers found us a buyer. Alex was very professional and kept us informed at every stage ,more than I can say about my solicitor Northern Law of Shaw Oldham.
