Excellent communication and updates from Inga who was also very helpful and prompt responding to our questions. Paperwork including itinerary, contact numbers vouchers for transport and accommodation and flight books arrived organised and a few weeks prior to departure so we had time to orientate and check. On holiday everything ran smoothly, no problems and all the staff on the various transport and at the various accommodations were friendly and helpful as too were the local people.The itinerary was the perfect introduction to Norway for us and a real bonus was travelling on public transport self guided so we got to see more of the countryside and meet the locals. The staff in all the different accommodations were excellent and all were clean and provided excellent breakfasts.The Saga Central hotel did feel more like a hostel than a hotel however was in a good location and adequate.
