For our 45th Wedding Anniversary we decided a first visit to the Baltic would be perfect. Julija was our primary contact and made all the arrangements for us. Despite problems at Stansted Airport which resulted in us missing our flight. they stepped up to the mark and were sympathetic and helpful. We eventually arrived in Tallinn 2 days later than planned. There was a bottle of champagne in our room! Very thoughtful. The arrangements made by Baltic Travel for our transfers and, especially our lovely guide, were very good and we were really delighted by our first Baltic experience. Daina and her team were very helpful throughout.
