“Very happy with our badges. The team gave me fantastic support whilst designing our badges and nothing was too much trouble. We recieved a follow-up email to ensure we were happy with our product. One badge was slightly faulty, this was re-produced immediately with no problems and no need to mess about sending the faulty badge back. Fantastic value for money, the badges look fabulous and compliment our uniforms perfectly, I will definitely continue to use Badgemaster for any future purchases and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else. “We had an account with Badgemaster but the account holder left. Contacting customer support to get the password re-set ended up going around in circles, so I had to set up a new account from scratch. Then the website designer isn't the easiest tool to use, and I made a mistake - two slightly different badge designs but accidentally I'd chosen two different text colours. A big thank you to Lily for phoning to point this out - but you can't simply change the colour by speaking to someone - the order had to be cancelled and I had to cretae them both from scratch - again. That said, when you do eventually get the badges they are excellent.”

“I still havent recived the badges.”

Hi Robert, after reviewing the status of your order, it appears the parcel was delivered on the 10th of December and was signed for by a Ms Parker. There unfortunately was a delay in delivery, due to Fedex making multiple attempt's to deliver your parcel and being unsuccessful. The parcel was then sent back to us, before we sent it back out again in another attempt to get it to you. “Service has been severly lacking and the website used as an excuse for not offering good customer service. A badge I ordered as a sample, I wanted to reorder but this was out of the question and the price quoted has changed and no quantity dicount given. Apalled”
