“Very happy with our badges. The team gave me fantastic support whilst designing our badges and nothing was too much trouble. We recieved a follow-up email to ensure we were happy with our product. One badge was slightly faulty, this was re-produced immediately with no problems and no need to mess about sending the faulty badge back. Fantastic value for money, the badges look fabulous and compliment our uniforms perfectly, I will definitely continue to use Badgemaster for any future purchases and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else. “I still havent recived the badges.”

Hi Robert, after reviewing the status of your order, it appears the parcel was delivered on the 10th of December and was signed for by a Ms Parker. There unfortunately was a delay in delivery, due to Fedex making multiple attempt's to deliver your parcel and being unsuccessful. The parcel was then sent back to us, before we sent it back out again in another attempt to get it to you. “Service has been severly lacking and the website used as an excuse for not offering good customer service. A badge I ordered as a sample, I wanted to reorder but this was out of the question and the price quoted has changed and no quantity dicount given. Apalled”

“The design is as I uploaded to the website but not exactly centred on the badge. The badge is more bendy than I expected when the magnet is being detached and I have to be very careful for fear of it snapping. It serves its purpose but quite expensive for its quality in my opinion.”

“Badges were great in themselves - good quality and correct to what was ordered. But the customer service is unbelievably shocking. Very slow response rates, online chat agent disappears without finishing the conversation, huge wait times for delivery (we've been waiting for our latest order for 3weeks at this point, and have had no updates on where they are despite several attempts at reaching out through email, phone and online chat), invoicing before the orders have been sent out etc. Definitely need to work on their customer service and speed of delivery/responses.”
