I was told that my order would be delivered today between 12.23 -14.23. I tracked within that time to find the delivery was only 3 stops from us. A little later I tracked again to find a message claiming that we had refused delivery, utter nonsense. Our bell and intercoms function and we have regular deliveries from other carriers without any problem at all. The APC driver made no effort to contact us and (obviously) no card has been left. This is an absolute disgrace. I’ve had no contact at all from APC to explain this miserable service and I’ve tried but failed to contact APC this afternoon as, according to their answerphone, they are having trouble with their telephones! Dreadful service.
