THE WORST delivery service in UK. I live in central London, and they are the only delivery company that cannot find the address, and lie systematically about nobody being at the delivery address.
Waiting for an overnight delivery for a week, and their “help” line is not only useless (they won’t take responsibility for not delivering, and will return the item to the sender) but also extremely rude - a common feature in the negative reviews, denoting lack of training and accountability in this company.
To be avoided.
