I echo what has been said, what a joke.
My parcel was at the end of my road, the delivery lady decided she had had enough and turned the tracking off and went home.
Overnight delivery, what a load of nonsense, dont bother use a better company!
Customer services just apologised , cited Covid and said its a difficult time...,
Also said its not about the blame game.. It is its your pathetic customer service and a company that cant deliver overnight. Beware, the customer services rep Andre said overnight doesnt always mean overnight. Cant really say anymore.
