Dishonest business. Full of lies. Money-extorting. I wasted my money and time and continually so as my formal complaint is not taken seriously. Use TaskRabbit instead, you get to work directly with drivers and review them directly as well. Use Gumtree instead, or any other platform. Stay away. You will end paying for the job and doing it yourself while more money will be asked of you. Comical, but true.
