Shockingly poor customer service! My advice would be to read the small print as they will take your money without hesitation and say it’s in their terms of business and that’s just how it works!!

Misleading Pricing & Lack of Accountability I had a TERRIBLE experience with AnyVan due to misleading pricing and a lack of transparency. Before booking, I was repeatedly assured that my quoted price was fixed, only to be hit with an unexpected £600 charge at the last minute. At no point was I clearly warned that exceeding an assumed weight—something I was never asked to verify—would drastically increase my costs. When I raised my complaint, AnyVan simply deflected responsibility to the driver, despite the fact that they facilitated the booking and provided misleading assurances. This was an unfair and deceptive practice, and I would NOT recommend using their service unless you’re prepared for surprise charges and zero accountability.

The guys turned up early which is great when you’re moving house! They helped move the big stuff which was perfect as it saved me a lot of stress. Very polite and helpful guys. Thanks for playing your part in the move anyvan!

Quick to respond with a competitive price (despite needing it moved the next day) Picked up vehicle from east London and dropped off in Cheltenham the same day. Polite and helpful driver.. Highly recommended and I will use them again!

Excellent service from the 2 removal men, very friendly and efficient, they listened to any instructions I gave them and on the whole they made moving home a lot less stressful!!.

Booked and paid for vehicle transport that never happened. Broken promises from Monday to Thursday costing me extra £72 in storage and counting. Still not resolved. ABSOLUTE COWBOYS, DO NOT use these liars. This is not made up, i have emails as proof and they say they record calls so all the evidence is there.

A. Was on time B. Courteous C. Careful The moving by Ronnie and Joseph @Anyvan was by far the best removal team I've used over the years and after getting quotes in from 3 companies AnyVan was a Great price and 100% value for money and I would not hesitate to use them again or tell others to get them to do there move for them.

A good service and a good driver, however, the method of getting my motorcycle onto the van was a little precarious! It all ended okay though, at a very reasonable price.

Great service, easy to use and reasonable pricing. I called customer service before I booked and they were really helpful and called back within a minute. The team that came to help me move the sofa were competent and polite. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely terrible service. They didn't send the time slot the day before as promised, and not until midday on the day. They turned up last minute and only delivered the next day. Make sure to read the small print because this is a scam.

Easy to book and choose items. The driver on the day did query the parking even though there was plenty of space for his ramp to be lowered. The driver also claimed the items as being heavier than usual (standard wood dining chairs). Driver loaded and unloaded the items quickly and carefully (no damage).

Robbers!!!! They kept back a couple of boxes of my mum,s a widow (79), who came to stay with me. We didn,t unpack due to waiting for mum,s next house, downsizing from my father,s death, so waited for her next home to be built. We stored all her things at my house for a few months. By the time she moved into her next home, unpacked, she forgot everything she had and me in my 50,s. She came out of a prestige home to 2 coloured dodgy looking anyvan.com men. We realised so much was missing, sentimental unreplaceable one off items such as our dogs ashes in a marble plaque saying MING engraving on it, my daughter,s christening gown from 28yrs ago and youngest daughter,s christening gown 18yrs ago with embroidered names and date of births on it, nobody else could use and many other lounge items, photos and frames of the children years ago. Words cannot describe what weve lost. Its the same as a burglary. I did try to speak to anyvan and email but they had no empathy and dismissed. We had property and furniture damage aswell which they shrugged off onto not their fault. They are beyond the worst ever removal firm you could book. My mother is devastated about our family sentimental items. We have lost them for good. Will never see them in our life again. Our dogs ashes!!! Horrendous untrustworthy thieves!! I do have proof of the booking it,s some time ago. I had a stroke not long after the move and weve been through so much since this experience as to why the time taken to give a review. Were still realising more items that disappeared. Even today weve come across evenmore sentimental personal things missing they had no use for or could gain money from selling!

Horrible Company. They try to charge you for everything they possibly can. My original booking on Friday the driver could not come before 6pm, the window was 3-6pm. They tried to charge me 200 gbp then 100 gbp even though the driver could NOT make the pick up time. We rescheduled to Sunday, as my furniture was no longer there and I was staying 2 hours away I stressed the importance of having a 1 hour time window the day before, they said no problem and you will have the drivers number. I never received this time window and I tried to call the driver with no answer. I woke up at 5:30am to make the 8-11am time window but I hit some traffic. The driver called me at 7:20 and said he was 20 minutes away, I said I was so sorry but I was 15-20 minutes late. He was so rude he said, if the customer isn't home, I leave. I need to get to your house to take a photo. I begged him to stay and he was such a horrible person. I did not feel comfortable with him moving my things. I said I tried to call you yesterday to get a 1 hour window as I was promised this. He said 'you only tried to call once'. They have taken my money and I don't get a refund, just some phone abuse. Honestly I was doing this job by myself and I am a woman and I did not feel comfortable alone with this aggressive, nasty driver. Horrible people, avoid at all costs

Good Afternoon Sara, We are incredibly sorry to hear you are unhappy with the service provided. Upon review, we can see your initial booking had been rescheduled, as the Provider was unable to make your allocation collection time slot. The booking was rescheduled for collection on the 26thm between 8-11am, and the driver marked himself as on the way to collection at 7:05am. We understand you were not available when they arrived, and unfortunately, they are only obligated to wait for 15 minutes. AnyVan would be happy to reschedule the booking to a date that would be suitable, however, a rescheduling fee would apply. Kind regards, AnyVan
