The product - Meyer Chinos - cannot be altered or affected by what the retailer does. Meyer is a good brand of Chino that I've relied on for many years.
Where the retailer can affect things is engagement, communication and delivery.
Compared to other retailers I use, they were not as good with engagement and communication and they missed their own delivery timescale without so much as a 'by your leave'. I emailed asking when I should expect the garments and didn't get a reply.
Great garments, very disappointing on customer service.
