“Still waiting for a refund on a cancelled order that I never actually received. I've now received an email confirming that A Farley have refunded my payment. Just checked by bank account and no they haven't and there are no transactions pending. Not sure what is going on with their Customer Service and Accounts Departments.”

This was the cheapestvI could find these shoes and when coupled with an additional discount, it was an easy decision to buy them from A Farley Country Attire. “Very disappointed with the time it took to ship my order and also that I was asked to pay extra for shipping (for the latter, I received an email one month after the order was placed advising that shipping costs were higher than expected and that the company would need additional funds to ship). It seems you need more help in organising your shipments and also with ensuring you know what international shipping entails. Will not be ordering again.”

“Ordered the product with 4-7 day delivery. After ten days enquired about despatch and was told still awaiting stock. Due to stock delivery would be 24 to 48 hours but product was despatched around that point. Lying does not appeal to everyone,I prefer the truth of sorry we forgot rather than be taken for an idiot.”
