I waited 33 minutes at 5pm for a reply to change my car I think this is absolutely unacceptable I wint be insuring anything with your company sgain Now I want someone to ring me tomorrow morning so I can change my car info Your company is a joke

After paying a full year's insurance and canceling renew another year, they have now taken a seconded payment out of my bank account without permission to start another years insurance and now I am left with hardly any money in my bank account. Iv rang them a number of times, saying I cancelled in July and sold the motorbike privately. After ring DVLA they told me insurance can check for live updates on systems that vehicles are under new owners and see dates, I also told Adrian Flex I am disability so I struggle in a number of ways. Now I have had enough so going to be starting a case with solicitors for discrimination and fraud.

Charged several £35 admin fees. One to update my accommodation from a house to flat. The other was to update my NCB discount on another vehicle. Got charged an additional £70 because I had a 'For information only' Claim. No claim was made and no money transferred. Adrian flux charged £70, whereas when I informed other insurers for my other vehicles. They said this didn't matter and doesn't effect the policy as its for information only and no claim was made. They were the cheapest option for me, I now understand how they can quote so low. They'll make it up elsewhere after you've paid and if you want to back out within the 14-day cool off period, it will be £80 to cancel. Regret not cancelling at the first admin fee. Will not use them again and will choose a less budget provider.

Never use this company totally disgusting business model !!! No respect for their customers please please be warned do not use or like me you will very much regret. Contacted me the day after I took out van insurance with them asking me if my model of van had a start stop button!!! then a question which I answered incorrectly apparently in connection with when the van was purchased! I didn’t know if they meant when I purchased or when the van was purchased new. Not that i see the relevance, I was told by the girl a discount can be given because I would be more familiar with driving it if i owned it from new Dear goodness who thinks these questions up , All excuses to increase your cover cost when I refused to pay a kings ransom for this nonsensical question I was left with no cover and had to arrange transport home. Totally disgusting company stay clear.

Sold my can part way through the year. Phoned to cancel and was told there's no refund. Make sure you read the T&C very carefully. Never experienced this with any other insurance company.

I have recommended this company several times over the years my son has used them. However, my son has been poorly treated - treated quite ruthlessly actually - since he cancelled his policy in March. He is out of the country and emailed to say he had sold his car and didn't need the insurance any more and could they refund him anything that might be due. They apparently emailed back (he didn't receive it) to ask him to confirm again whether he definitely wanted to cancel, or whether they should carry the policy on against a "dummy registration". Whatever one of these is?! Can they even do this? Surely a new car = new policy? Upshot of this is that Adrian Flux did not cancel his policy in March as instructed, did not refund any monies due back to my son AND then renewed the policy for a car sold 4 months ago and took £500 out of his bank account this week! We are nowhere near sorting this mess out and I wanted to post this as a warning to any parents of younger people that they seem to need to be super careful with this company. I do not like how they have manipulated this situation with a young person not very experienced in formal communication, especially as he is so far from home and with an 8-hour time difference cannot communicate at all well.

🛑Avoid this company🛑 extremely unprofessional . wooden door garage would not consider as garage. you will lose your deposit even might have to pay outstanding . please guys avoid this company, try somewhere else.

Auto renewal confirmed with Adrian Flux for the 6th year and then I get a message to say they need tracker documentation that’s ok but then get advised that my tracker isn’t accepted so £94 to buy there tracker sounds like a scam to me? They should honour there auto renewal agreement. I might be old school but a deal is a deal and any cost changes should be advised prior to renewal.

Called on Tues 19th because it’s impossible to get a quote online, spoke to a receptionist who said there’s a 20 minute queue and we close shortly, took car make/model, requested a call back for weds 20th, didn’t happen. Thursday, nothing, Friday…nothing! Great service for a new customer!

AVOID! Very bad experience and appalling customer service. It initially took them two weeks to eventually find my policy, and in the end I gave up perusing a very small claim and paid myself. Now they will not renew my insurance as "the claim" was written off as a loss even though the claim was closed and no payment made!!! Complete incompetence, at one point they even said I had a pay-out of almost £2000, and I had to contact the underwriter direct for written confirmation for proof to send to Adrian Flux

It’s taken three weeks of chasing a quote for HNWI building insurance for a substantial London property to additionally provide flood insurance, potentially moving onto high value cars and jewelry also needing to be covered. They have not even had the decency to pick up the phone with any updates not even once, nor e-mail. My PA has chased and chased just about every day - sometimes more than once a day. Extremely unprofessional and absolute time wasters. DO NOT GET THEM TO QUOTE and certainly do not use them if this is their standard of pre client care if they cannot be bothered to even bring you on board as a large private client with multiple opportunities.

Early December you quoted me £900 for car insurance which I got fo£570. In November you said my house insurance had gone up £100 which I got for the old price from my bank.last February your quote for my caravan was£550 which I got for £340. I am done with you.
