Ordered an engine for a Mercedes on 29th July. Not told it would take 7-10 days to deliver.
Eventually arrived today, 22 August. No paperwork. Mike Caffery only told me the 7-10 day delivery on 7th August after the rep Bailey had failed to do so. Very poor communication on all telephone calls. Failed to call back when promising to do so on several occasions. Only made progress when Mike was involved.
