“The Sleep Pebble was a surprise present, and I have to admit I hadn’t heard of it until I received one. In general I sleep pretty poorly as I suffer with anxiety, daily headaches and I care for parents in their nineties (both with dementia) so there is usually a lot whizzing round in my head when I should be going to sleep. I also find that I wake up several times during the night and struggle to find sleep again, so next day I feel tired. To be honest, I was sceptical - how was the Pebble going to help? You can’t hear it or feel it under the pillow….. Well it wasn’t an ‘instant fix’ for me - but I have used it every night and followed the advice that came along with it. The on-line guides and articles were very helpful and well written. I now find that I go to sleep more easily, wake up less often in the night and (according to the sleep monitor I wear) the quality of my sleep has improved considerably - I seem to spend a lot less time in the light sleep stage and more in the REM and deep sleep stages. As a result I feel much more refreshed, relaxed and less stressed, which means I cope better with my daily life. So, I am a convert - thank you Zeez!”

“I bought the Zeez Sleep Pebble as a gift for my father who's 70 years old and has had great difficulty sleeping for nearly his entire life. He is a very anxious person which has probably a lot to do with the issue but otherwise he has always been an active person, takes great care in his diet and hardly drinks any alcohol. The Zeez has changed his life, he's had full nights sleep which was something that hardly ever happened in the past and even though sometimes he goes back to patches where he wakes up several times in the night, he just resets the Zeez each time that happens and it sends him back straight to sleep again. “I saw the Zeez on the Gadget show and it caught my eye as I had not been sleeping well for a long time. I had resorted to taking the occasional sleeping tablet to help with my sleep, but even they were working less well. In January, I decided to try the pebble - I wasn't convinced it would work, but the trial period seemed the perfect solution. I'm so glad that I bought the Zeez. It still takes me a while to get to sleep sometimes, but I sleep so much more deeply. Sleeping better has helped with stress levels, I have more energy and generally feel more positive about life. I would 100% recommend giving it a go.”

“Have suffered from insomnia for years, tried hypnotherapy but this didn’t work so was dubious about the Pebble, but the review on the gadget show made me want to try it. Have been very pleased with the results. I always had difficulty getting back to sleep when I woke in the night but find it easier to drop back off again with the Pebble, it’s definitely worth the expense.”

“I received my Zeez Pebble for Christmas, and was thrilled as I'd heard from a friend how it had changed her sleep pattern. Surprisingly, within just 1 week of using the pebble I could definitely see a difference. I'm now a couple of months on and bad nights for me are few and far between. When I say a bad night this would now be just waking once or twice, but being able to go straight back to sleep, whereas before the Zeez I would be downstairs most of the night frustrated by not being able to sleep. I would like to be able to see how much charge was left in the unit, as a couple of times in the beginning I was caught out with no charge. What I tend to do now is switch the unit on in the morning, if it lights up I switch it off, knowing I can rely on it at bedtime. Another tip I would like to offer is to place the Zeez into the underside of your pillowcase, this way it stays with you, even as a restless sleeper. All in all I would highly recommend the Zeez Pebble.”
