“Sleep deprivation is soul destroying, drifting through life like a zombie, unable to function. After 6 months of chronic insomnia I saw the pebble on a TV programme and decided I had nothing to loose, factoring in the money back guarantee. I still don’t know if it’s sheer coincidence or partly placebo effect but I’m now sleeping again. It took 8 weeks and I still have the occasional poor night, it’s not a miracle cure. But overall my sleep has improved. The pebble is simple to use, and provided you follow the advice re WiFi, supplements etc it’s definitely worth a try. It takes that initial investment and patience but stick with it. Sweet dreams zzz”
