Will your love letter woo the Princess and win her heart? Utilize the characters in the castle to secretly carry your message to the Princess, earning her affection. Love Letter is a game of risk, deduction, and luck. Designed by Seiji Kanai, the game features simple rules that create dynamic and fun player interactions. Players attempt to deliver their love letter into the Princesss hands while keeping other players letters away. Powerful cards lead to early gains, but make you a target. Rely on weaker cards for too long and your letter may be tossed in the fire!

“It's fine. I think the instructions can be a little hard to wrap your head around at first. We found consulting youtube was needed for it to be explained better! It might be a better game with more players, as we've only played as 2.”

“Love Letter is a great party game. Its quick run time and self explanatory rules make it great for gamers and non gamers alike. Players take it in turn to choose and play a card. These cards have abilities on them which will help you stay in the game longer and eliminate your opponents. The aim is to be the last player left standing at the end of the round. You will then win a favour token. The player to gain enough favour tokens wins!! This game is essentially a trick taking game as each card has buffs. The theme is fun but it doesn't relate to the gameplay mechanics. Love Letter 2nd edition is packaged in a lovely velvet bag and is super transportable making it easy to take to any gaming event. My only qualm is it doesn't play as well with 2 player as the games are shorter and unsuspenseful. Still a great filler game for the collection.”

“First played this with a group of colleagues on a whim. Quickly turned into one of my favourite party games. Quick to learn, easy to keep in your pocket and bag to play with friends. Can't recommend this gem of a game enough!”
