“Have been really enjoying this game with my 7 and 9 year olds. Its a nice mix of strategy and chance - the strategy component isn't too complicated so my kids have learnt from the adults some optimal ways to play and so its a good game to play together.”

“A really nice upgrade to the original. The new enlarged cards are an improvement, although the colour does look a little more faded than the originals. Minus one star for the plastic coins, which are just not necessary. I would much rather cardboard, both for environmental reasons and the joy of punching out the tokens!”

“I played a friend's copy of this and immediately bought my own. Not a huge amount of depth, but the expansion adds some more if needed. I find the simplicity of this one pretty appealing as we can play it with anyone. Those looking for something "more", either Valeria: Card Kingdoms or maybe Space Base would be the better.”

“Super quick to setup and pack away. Simple and engaging rules and gameplay. My wife and mother both enjoyed it and they typically aren't so much into board games. Definitely recommend, particularly for groups of friends who are newer to board games or don't like complicated games.”
