“It was super quick to be delivered, so i didn't have to worry about a long wait to play. As a Star Wars fan and nerd, this game is the perfect combination of everything. High quality minis and great game-play, with many hours of fun included. I highly recommend buying this game if you just want to get started in Legion or if you want to get into the hobby. I prefer it to warhammer, as there are so many things such as expansions with your favourite characters.”

“I was a long time collector of wargames such as Warhammer and 40k, but I found over time that those games became far too expensive to keep collecting, as well as the rules seem antiquated now. As a massive Star Wars fan I switched to playing games like X-Wing and Armada and much preferred their dice and card systems, which both sped up game time and preparation (no to mentio amazing pre-painted models any Star Wars fan would love). So when it came to Legion I was immediately intrigued. Yes I would have to go back to spraying and painting models, to make them look great on the table, but it also had a great rules system that really brought that Star Wars feel to a ground combat wargame. The core box is actually a great bargain (especially at this time and prices have come down) giving you everything you need for two players to get started (with the exception of not having enough dice). I would actually recommend buying two core boxes (or buy with a friend and swap forces), as then you will have lots more options and abaility to run a full 800 point list. If you like Star Wars, previous FFG games, and want to try tabletop wargaming then I am sure you would love Legion.”
