In the two-player game Watergate, one player represents the Nixon administration and tries not to resign before the end of the game while the other player represents The Washington Post and tries to show the connections between Nixon and some of his informers.

“I was put off this game for a while as I thought the subject matter would be a little dull but this is such a fun two player game. Both sides play quite differently so it is often a case that we would play it back to back to we could try both games.”

“Great couples game. A bit frustrating at first, but once you understand all the rules and what moves you can make it is a very interesting game. My partner and I love it- we've got a big board games collection and Watergate is our number 2 favourite (Patchwork will always be our number 1)”

“A great two player head to head with loads of back and forth/ tug of war elements. The rule book also contains a history of the Watergate scandal- really interesting.”
