Very good game full of fun. It is "bag building" and "push your luck" game. You cannot create complete strategy as each round you rely on the order of the elements you take out of the bag but still there is a way to be more "successful". Me and my husband enjoy it a lot as we are true fans of the designer Wolfgang Warsch.

Only played once so far, but impressed by the graphics and solid feel to the game parts. The theme is wacky but the game mechanics are intriguing. The game can appeal to both young and old.

This game is so much fun with tonnes of replay-ability. Played only 2 and four players at present. Like how the rats tails give others than the leader a chance to catch up. One game I was so far behind but I enjoyed as it didn’t matter as still had fun drafting and pushing my luck pulling tokens out like everyone else. Lots of variation on cards and special abilities of colours that I shall be teaching this to many people. Great for families

This game is pretty unique compared to anything I've played before. I've only played with my partner (2 players) at this point, but we both really enjoy it. It's a blind drawing game, with elements of risk, strategy, and randomness. I can't wait to play this with 3 or 4 players, and would highly recommend to gamers and non-gamers. It can definitely be fun for everyone!

A fun and quirky game, the theme is engaging and the game starts out gradually (with only a couple of ingredients) making it easy to teach. Because everyone plays at the same time there's very little downtime, with the time between turns spent carefully considering which extra ingredients to throw into your bag. These small changes adjust the odds of drawing each ingredient chip, and thus throw out new and exciting possibilities as you brew your next unstable potion. Draw too many white chips and your potion will explode, but the promise of drawing your new ingredients leaves you fighting the urge to draw just one more chip… The game comes with a catch-up mechanism, and later game points scoring scales significantly so it nearly always feels like a race to the finish line. Drawing too many white chips from your bag can cause you to 'explode', meaning you'll miss out on either points or money for purchasing new ingredients, but it doesn't feel too punishing as much of the serious scoring is done in the last few rounds. The cherry on top is the level of variation the game can provide, with four different rulesets for the major ingredients, adjusting how the game plays in a variety of ways. These are designed to play well together as a full set, but more experienced players can select or randomise these ingredient rules to create a more unpredictable game. Alongside this there is a deck of fortune cards shuffled and drawn randomly, meaning that not only is there variation from game to game, but also round to round. Engaging schadenfreude for all the family!

Superb entry game for all the family. Easy to pick up, lots of colour and great fast paced table presence. My only gripe would be the quality of the bags included, i've purchased my own to improve our gaming experience. But would definately recommend this game, for which i believe there is also an expansion soon to be available.
