“Trampoline arrived in good time but a bar on one side of the trampoline has buckled in within a week of erecting it, sent an email about it but no response. Didn’t want to write this as a review but I’m not getting a response from a kind email.”

“Very happy with the trampoline. We ordered a 9ft x 13ft Oval Combo Pro. Delivery was fast. Building it was relatively straightforward although definitely needs at least 2 people to do so. 9x13 is huge! Quality-wise it seems great. Very sturdy, thick mesh and padding etc. I feel like it’s going to last a long while. Safety-wise it also seems very good with the springs outside of the net and separated from the jumping area. The kit included everything we needed, including a ladder and the ground fixing kit. The only thing I could fault would be the instructions for the straps for the ground fixing kit. Terrible! It took me over an hour and half to work out how to attach them properly.”
