“Very disappointed in this book. We ended up not giving it as a gift for our grandchildren. Story was not in the Christmas spirit and the personalization is only for one child, it doesn't adjust for more than one name.”

We do really appreciate your feedback on this book given that it was a new item for us over the festive period, and will be sure to pass this over to the relevant team. At present, our items can only be personalised for one pet and / or one human, and I can only apologise if this was missed when ordering.
