“Didn't arrive Due to Royal Mail incompetence. So no birthday card for Stitch this year I received a full refund. Didn't know what rating to give so gave a 5 as cards are usually excellent.”

“I ordered the card on 2nd August. It was supposed to be dispatched in 24 to 48 hours. It finally arrived on the 14th. I emailed on the 9th to say it hadn't arrived. So, it took another 5 days for the reissue to arrive.”

“Card took a long time to be delivered. I don’t think this was your fault & your customer service team were excellent at responding & sorting out the issue. When the card did eventually arrive I was very pleased with the quality. Bertie loved it too!”
