“It was fine. I tried to contact the company to cancel the mug several days after the order on its website, by email and phone with no response. The product review request was the first contact I had from Yappy since the order was placed. Not what I hoped.”

“Really lovely mug. Good quality, and just the right size. Not absolutely huge so you need two teabags, but big enough to get a decent amount of brew. Present for our dog walker, who adored it!”
