“You missed the personalisation on the mug... no name on it at all... as it was for my mums birthday and it arrived the day before I gave it to here anyway! Shame Your quality control isn’t better....”

“Mug arrived without the dogs name. Great quality mug, good colour and picture. Emailed help desk who said I ordered without name. Offered to re order at my expense. Tried to do again on iPad and realised that was not going to include name. Did on computer worked fine. Didn’t bother to re order as missed present ‘window’. Moral. Dont order on an iPad.”
