“The mug is of good quality, but it was meant to be a “personalised” mug. When you asked for the name, that’s what makes it personal, so we were expecting the name to be on the mug. Instead, there’s a big blank space at the top...which is surely where the name should go. I chose this mug so that it could be personalised with a name, as it was called a personalised mug. It’s misleading, and so I’m very disappointed”

I can confirm this mug is from our personalised collection, however it is personalised with your chosen icon only. This is reflected in the product preview images and is also stated within the product description, so I do apologise if this was missed when ordering. We do ask for your dog's name during the ordering process to tailor the shopping experience to you, and so that any products that do include the name as part of the personalisation are displayed on our website accurately.
