I have had a look into this for you and can see that the item you have ordered does not come personalised with a name, and does only feature the icon chosen when creating your pet's profile. We do state this within the product description on our website, as well as illustrate this within product imagery, so do apologise if this was missed when ordering. We ask for your pet's name as part of the registration process so it can be used to personalise your shop and show previews of items that are personalised with their name. As the item you have received is correct in line with your order, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange on the item in line with our terms and conditions.
