Hi Cameron, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review for us, we really appreciate it. I have had a look into this for you and can see that there was initially an issue with the printing of one of your items at our warehouse and to ensure everything you received was of the best quality we reprinted this for you therefore causing a delay for despatch. Your items were shipped the following day via DPD and arrived with you in the time frame our customer service team advised - As you were not in to collect your parcel DPD left this in a safe place at your request however, due to your disappointment with this I can see we have issued a 50% refund to you, which you have happily accepted. If you have any further problems in regards to your order or with the items you have received, please do not hesitate to get back in touch with our customer service team who will be happy to help you out. “Really great bowl! Great quality and the print is really deep and embedded well. Delivery was prompt and the packaging was enough to challenge the most careless of delivery drivers! Obviously we appreciate it more than our puppy, but it’s really unique and fun. Great product!”
