“Card was a good dize. However I was disappointed it did not have her name on it. I took personalised as that not the number.”

I am pleased that you were happy with the size of your card however, the design you have picked does not come personalised with name and instead features your chosen icon only. We do mention this within the product description along with the picture previews we provide for the card.
