“Really disappointed, bag is great quality and personalisation is fab. However the strap when fully extended is so short. Cannot wear across body which is really disappointing. If worn across body it comes under armpit. Not what I wanted at all”

We do include the measurements for the strap within our product description, fully extended this should measure 102cm. Were you able to fully extend the strap on your bag?
