“The most delicious thing ever- as a runner I take it with bananas before a training session which is perfect because it has the energy and protein I need without making me bloated or heavy. It is also perfect just to have a an energy boost when I get in from training mixed with a protein shake which tastes amazing and puts all the calories I need back in for recovery ina healthy way. Perfect product for anyone but anyone with a sports background will love this! If anything it's downfall is that it is too nice and always have an extra spoonful!”
