Hey Liam - the key is to do step ! really well... make a paste with a little boiling water and then stir it really, really well to get all the lumps out and make sure it's really smooth. Once you add the milk, it's too late! We've made this hundreds of times, so if you follow the instructions exactly it will work brilliantly. Guaranteed. Ping us a message if you need a hand.

“It doesn’t seem to mix very well? I followed the instructions but the paste just didn’t dissolve with the milk no matter how much I stirred. Good taste though.”

Hey Amy! The key is to follow step 1 really carefully... add some boiling water and mix REALLY well to make a thin paste. It has to be mixed really well at this stage, because if you add the milk before you've made a thin paste out of it it just isn't going to work... you'll never get the lumps out! Hope that helps.
