“I made my first batch recently which too a bit of experimenting. I followed the instructions exactly but after making one pancake i added more oat milk as i found the mix too thick for my tastes. They're lovely with a bit of hazelnut spread. I'd rather not have to add banana as i don't particularly like the banana flavour. I might add two eggs next time or something.”
