“I first tasted the Harvest Fruit Loaf, when my girlfriend made it, I liked it so much that I went & ordered a delivery for myself, it was very easy to prepare as per the instructions on the pack. I like to eat a slice for breakfast every morning & I found this kept me full & energised right up until lunch time, or if rushing out to the gym, and haven't eaten I found this was a healthy alternative snack.”

Sorry to hear that it wasn't to your taste. We do recommend adding salt, which may be the key for you. There are 6 types of seeds in the mix, which make up 22% of the mix so there really are plenty of sources of flavour there. If you still feel it is lacking something, I'd suggest increasing the salt content further.
