Hi Kate, thanks for taking time to leave feedback. Our Hazelnut & Cocoa certainly does have texture coming from the nuts, seeds and fruits. It's not smooth like a spread, as they tend to be made using mainly oils and some form of added sugars. Thanks, Daragh
