“Love all the bar mixes, but the Chocolate Orange and the Brownie mix are my favorites. I make up a batch up on Sunday night to get me through the week. Ideal mid morning in the office where everyone else is on the scones or biscuits and again mid afternoon. They stop me going for the "sweet" treat as well as getting me over any mid afternoon hump helping me to maintain my weight loss, enjoy a treat and not feel like I am missing out!”
