“I usually make my own so was interested to try this. I added 2 scoops of protein powder and some Wyldsson nuts & seeds. It turned out great. Next time I'll experiment with some dark chocolate and other bits. Freezes really well too. I stick a couple in my pocket when I'm out on the bike. The silicone bake tin is very useful to have too.”

“I love these bars so easy to make and extremely filling. I have given these to family and friends as snacks and all seem to really like them. Personally I would like a little less currants but that's just a small thing. It might be worth noting you don't have to be doing serious amounts of training to buy these products. I buy them primarily because I am a Coeliac and secondly the taste is much better than other equivalents and most importantly there is no rubbish included so they are great for children also...”

“These are so simple to make and taste great. My husband who hates anything that is perceived to be healthy loved them and they were a big hit with my "sugar crazed" niece and nephew. Very cake like and for someone like me looking for a biscuit alternative they worked really well. I make them bitesize and keep really well in the fridge.”

“Very nice mix, full of all types of berry. Very straightforward to use. Cuts very nicely once cooked, unlike other bars or flapjack type products which can be either very hard or very crumbly. Even ones not made with a mix. Appears to keep well for a few days. Am actually using for my teenager's lunch box instead of commercial bars and is so far being eaten! Price is ok, probably a bit dearer overall than some of the commercial bars but much better ingredients and quality and no added sugar. I will continue to buy them.”
