“Tasty! First time making these bars. I'll be buying more and hope to improve the outcome next time. It says 3 tablespoons of nut butter - at 50g, I found one tablespoon was 30g so agonised over whether I went with 2 more tablespoons or stick to the suggested 50g. I compromised on 2 tablespoons at 60g! The finished article was far moister than I expected - even though I turned it out after 15 minutes of cooling. Maybe my bananas were too large? As a result the orange taste was slightly masked by the banana. But, we very much enjoyed eating these bars, better baking next time :-)”
